About Chlore:
Chlore is a premium swimming brand that blends elegant French design with the demands of athletic performance. We create iconic pieces for those who see the pool as a space for freedom and self-improvement. As part of our digital expansion, we are looking for a passionate E-commerce Manager to lead our global flagship: our online store.
Main Missions:
Reporting to the General Management / Marketing, you are responsible for the growth of web revenue and the excellence of the customer experience on Shopify .
1. Managing and Optimizing the Shopify Platform
- Daily management: Complete back-office administration (product catalogue, stocks, collections, third-party applications).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analysis of the purchase funnel, A/B testing and continuous improvement of UX/UI to reflect the premium positioning of the brand.
- Technical maintenance: Coordination with developers, integration of new features and management of APIs (ERP, logistics, payments).
2. Growth and Acquisition Strategy
- SEO: Search engine optimization (product pages, tags, content strategy for the "Journal").
- SEA / Social Ads: Management (directly or via agency) of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Pinterest campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Emailing & Automation: Design and deployment of the CRM strategy (newsletters, abandoned cart workflows, loyalty).
3. Analysis and Reporting
Precise monitoring of KPIs (revenue, traffic, average basket size, retention rate, CAC).
Implementation of monitoring dashboards (Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics).
Competitive intelligence on e-commerce and FashionTech trends.
Desired Profile:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the fashion, premium sports or lifestyle industry.
Technical Expertise: You have Shopify down pat (knowledge of the Liquid language is a real plus).
Data Culture: You don't make decisions without data. You are proficient in GA4 and analytical tools.
Sense of aesthetics: You understand the codes of luxury and design; you know that detail makes all the difference.
Languages: Fluent French and English (Chlore is addressing an international audience).

Terms and Benefits:
- Remuneration: Between €30,000 and €50,000 gross per year , depending on profile and experience.

Possibility of the role also being offered on a freelance and part-time basis.
