Delivery within Metropolitan France takes 2–5 business days with our standard shipping options. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (on business days).
Colissimo pickup point delivery is offered for all orders of €120 or more. If your order total is below this amount, shipping fees will apply.
For all orders ≥ €120:
- Colissimo Pickup Point: Complimentary
- Standard Home Delivery: Complimentary
- Express Delivery (Chronopost): €10
For all orders < €120:
- Colissimo Pickup Point: €2.90
- Standard Home Delivery: €6
- Express Delivery (Chronopost): €10
Europe & Rest of the world
Delivery within 3–5 business days via DHL Express. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (on business days).

In addition, you will be able to track your parcel in real time, and additional duties and taxes will be determined according to the specific customs regulations of each country.

RETURNS
You have 30 days to return your item.
Returns will be charged at €5.
Only items returned in perfect condition with original components and unworn will be accepted.
Refunds exclude shipping and return costs.
Some of your orders may include a complimentary gift, such as our Swimcap or our rubber pouch.
In the event of a return, all gifted items must be returned along with your order.
Otherwise, their value will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
