DELIVERIES
HOW IS MY DELIVERY INVOICED?
Metropolitan France
We offer you the delivery in France by Relais or Colissimo with a minimum of 120€.
Below this amount, we charge 5€ for delivery.
Express delivery is at a fixed price of 20€ per order.
Europe
Classic delivery (2-5 days) is offered at a fixed price of 10€ per order.
Express delivery is offered at a fixed price of €20 per order.
Overseas
Classic delivery by Colissomo 5-12 days is offered at a fixed price of 15€ per order.
Rest of the world
Classic delivery (4-12 days) is offered at a fixed price of 25€ per order.
Express delivery is offered at a fixed price of 20€ per order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Roubaix and are usually delivered within 2-5 business days. There may be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery time from time to time.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. All orders require a signature on delivery, please ensure the address provided is occupied during business hours.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
A signature is required upon receipt of goods. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?
For any delivery outside the European Union, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due upon or after delivery.
Please note that CHLORE has no control over duties, customs and taxes levied by the country to which your order is being shipped. We cannot tell you the cost, as these fees may vary depending on the country.
Since this charge is not calculated or applied to CHLORE orders, please contact your local customs office for further details if you are unsure of the charge.
RETURNS
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all of our products within 14 days of purchase.
We only ask that the following conditions be met:
– Items must be in their original condition with the return label and hygiene seal still in place.
– Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding shipping and return costs.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
We do not cover postage costs incurred in returning items (whether for exchange or refund).
HOW TO ORGANIZE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at hey@chlore-swimwear.com using the email address used to order the jersey.
(Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping costs for returned products except for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return shipping costs.)
Once the items are received, we will send your new product(s) or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original postage).
Chlore cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned garments. We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return products and keep a record of tracking details.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE/REFUND?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible. If you initiate a return, we do our best to respond with your order number within 24 hours.
If you wish to exchange the product, we will ship your new product to you and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days.
If you want a refund, we will refund you by the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 1-2 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR THERE IS A DEFECT?
Although we hope this never happens, if you receive a damaged product or a manufacturing defect occurs, please contact us immediately at hey@chlore-swimwear.com.
