HOW IS MY DELIVERY INVOICED?
We offer you Delivery in France by Relais colis or Colissimo from 90 €.
Below this amount the delivery is charged 5 €.
Express delivery is offered at a flat rate of 20 € per order.
We offer you Delivery in Europe by Colissimo from 150 € purchase.
Below this amount the delivery is charged 20 €.
Express delivery is offered at a flat rate of 20 € per order and free of the 200 € purchase price.
We offer you the delivery in Europe by Colissimo of the 200 € of purchase.
Below this amount the delivery is charged 15 €.
Rest of the world
We offer you express delivery of the 240 € purchase.
Below this amount the express delivery is charged 20 €.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Roubaix, and are generally delivered within 2-5 working days.
There may be occasional customs or courier delays that may affect your delivery time from time to time.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
All orders require a signature on delivery, please ensure that the address provided is occupied during business hours.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
A signature is required upon receipt of the goods. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?
For any delivery outside the European Union, You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due on or after delivery.
Please note that CHLORE has no control over the duties, customs and taxes levied by the country to which your order is shipped. We cannot tell you the cost, as these fees may vary from country to country.
Since these fees are not calculated or applied to CHLORE orders, please contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure of the fees.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our parts within 14 days of purchase.
We ask only that the following conditions be met:
- Items must be in their original condition, with the return label and seal of hygiene remaining in place.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding shipping and return costs.
ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?
We do not cover the shipping costs incurred for the return of items (whether it is an exchange or a refund).
HOW TO ORGANIZE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply send us an e-mail to email@example.com using the e-mail address used to order the jersey.
(Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges for returned goods, except for defective items. We are also unable to refund the return shipping costs).
Once the items are received, we will send you your new part(s) or you will receive your refund (price of the item excluding original shipping costs).
Chlore cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned clothing. We recommend that you use a registered mail service to return the goods and keep a record of tracking details.
